Simply having a license program in place with a course (that includes a mental test) is mandatory here (amongst other things.. Even if they are major(18) their lack of maturity makes accidents statistically too likely. I think the human brain reaches full development around the age of 24. I dont favor guns at all, but think its irresponsible to sell guns to people below 25 or without passing a psychology test and having character witnesses as for Passport applications.
