best jump (123" touch).. oddly enough it happened during my worst set (set 3, 29th jump). adarqui dot blogspot dot com for graphs & data i'm going to have 3 weeks worth of data up there.. will be interesting to see what happens... peace

sup, i rested 15-30 seconds between each jump and 5-6 minutes between each set... that is backed by the guy who created shock (professor verkhoshansky)... also look at adarqui dot blogspot dot com, you will notice from my graphs that 15-30 seconds rest for 10 jumps is sufficient. peace
