But as the Earth tilts toward and away from it, it rises further in the south during the winter 'cause we're tilted away from it. So it kinda rises in the southeast and sets in the southwest in winter. Then in summer it rises in the northeast and makes a huge circle in the sky and comes back to the northwest to set.
