This video shows the standard coins that circulate in the UK. I have also added on a look at the 2007 Act of Union commemorative £2 coin. There are 14 designs of the pound coin, not 21 as stated. Sorry about all the sniffing, I have a cold! For anyone interested in my comment regarding the introduction of the two pound coin. The coin was intended to be released in 1997, and coins where minted for this year. However complications delayed the introduction until 1998, at which point 1997 and 1998 coins where introduced at the same time. |
