Imagine the full resources of the world's technology (including things we don't even know about) at your fingertips, and a huge amount of time. __________________________________________________

I'm sure just by melting through the steel it could be done....slower and more dangerous process perhaps, but with a set of blueprints and an intelligent person....good timing....it can be done. Once the bottom kicked out you can work on the top. I think the bigger ones were easier to do. Rig it up extra nice and you're good to go.
