Woot, mastered it. Tricky part is still holding the several sets together while going through the routine without letting individual cards fall out of em.

Geez, 15141412abc you miss the point of the tape around the packets. It is to help the beginner learn the cut without the cards falling all over the table. Rubberbands around the packets would be good too.

Give it a break... Do YOU really think he can NOT manage this cutting without TAPE?... It is for INSTRUCTIONAL purposes... YOU ARE supposed to start with the taped version to get it. Good luck.

I'd like to see him do the same stunt withour having the cards packed seperately into suits. Because forming them into packets, as he calls them no one can cut a deck that way.

I think yo missed the point there... It was for helping it make it possible for YOU to follow during the lesson... After you undestand the pattern, you will cut the cards whereever you cut them... and yes, I can cut into four equal packets but that is not the point of this fancy cut... but you CAN learn to do that. Cheers.

Actually, I made this up years ago from lots of fancy cuts. Others like like Brian and Chris K have indeed (among many others Im sure) have tutorials on the market with such ideas. Cheers and continued success to you!
