Adzer2 ::: Favorites lol, brakes that sound like lasers 07-08-21 19:02:29 _____________________________________________________
Lumotaku ::: Favorites Tape lol I have this on disk and play it on my 128d I hate emulators. I saw the video of the spectrum version of this and that looked sucky. I don't know what people mean when they saw that had better graphics. Best 8 bit version of this is the sega master system. 07-08-17 17:16:48 _____________________________________________________
cromle ::: Favorites This brings back good memories. Thanks mate. 07-08-16 17:30:24 _____________________________________________________
narutoen ::: Favorites i'll stick with my orginal genesis version 07-08-01 00:38:38 _____________________________________________________
hawkeye448 ::: Favorites C64 was very fast but had a moronic landscape. Spectrum did better with the graphics but lost out on the speed. A mate of mine bought it for his much more powerful Amiga at the time. It looked very close to the Arcade graphics landscape and all but the animation speed was awful and juddery and downright unplayable. Oddly, the C64 version was much better playability wise. 07-07-24 13:47:42 _____________________________________________________
rainxxxx ::: Favorites any thoughts on which were better out of the cpc464 and the c64? i never played the amster version. 07-07-17 14:26:35 _____________________________________________________
kalateur ::: Favorites i've just uploaded the amstrad version 07-07-22 12:16:47 _____________________________________________________
rainxxxx ::: Favorites on u tube? cool, i'm gonna look for it 07-07-22 15:04:24 _____________________________________________________
rainxxxx ::: Favorites no shit sherlock! 07-07-17 14:24:41 _____________________________________________________
rainxxxx ::: Favorites fuk the tape, just download it and get yourself an emulator 07-07-16 17:35:56 _____________________________________________________
morilot ::: Favorites why would i want to play it on emulator when i own a C=64 ??? thou moding a cdrom to work as floppy, and copy the game is an idea :p 07-07-17 14:02:30 _____________________________________________________
rainxxxx ::: Favorites if yer tape's broke that would be a pefect solution to get frodo, i think frodo's the best one. I got a c64 as well, but it saves on wires and shit if you use emulaters, ive got 10. 07-07-17 14:24:07 _____________________________________________________
madderscientist23 ::: Favorites Well, the graphics may have been a little sparse, but i think it was hands-down the best 8 bit version! The sense of speed conveyed was amazing, along with a nice sid rendition of the arcades' famous music. Very playable indeed. 07-07-11 07:52:20 _____________________________________________________
rainxxxx ::: Favorites bull speccy 128 version takes the crown. Better grafix and also theres no forks in the road on the c64 version, you have to pre select your course before you begin. C64 wins for better sound and thats about it. 07-07-16 17:33:04 _____________________________________________________
madderscientist23 ::: Favorites uve gotta be joking!! All i can say is that ure easily pleased. C64 version looks like its been drawn by a child with crayons, but the speed is immense and fun to play. Try it. I had both games on both machines an speccy was never v strong at sprite scaling at any speed. Its chronically slow and no fun im afraid. I will say that Enduro racer is excellent on the speccy tho 07-07-19 20:22:01 _____________________________________________________
tjcobra666 ::: Favorites This version was great entertainment back in the days. Looks very dated now, but the original arcade version is still excellent. I play it all the time. 07-07-09 06:45:10 _____________________________________________________
flyduck1 ::: Favorites omg I played this so many times when i was young. In my mind it looked way better then this :) What a shock! 07-06-15 18:31:26 _____________________________________________________
hawkeye448 ::: Favorites Do you remember this game came with a tape (or perhaps it was just on the B side of the game's cassette) that had a recording of the actual music from the arcade game? 07-07-07 08:09:36 _____________________________________________________
rainxxxx ::: Favorites yeah, but even then it was cut 07-07-16 17:34:29 _____________________________________________________
Zedarlis ::: Favorites This game is realy unfair in the time of the laps. 07-06-06 19:07:53 _____________________________________________________ |
